Fudpucker’s SEC Championship Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MUST BE PRESENT AT THE DRAWING TO WIN.

By entering the Fudpucker’s SEC Championship Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

  1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by:

(“Sponsor”)

  1. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on August 29, 2026, and ends at 12:45 p.m. CT on November 21, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

The Sponsor’s designated timekeeping system shall be the official timekeeping system for the Sweepstakes.

Entries will be accepted only during eligible game days occurring within the Promotion Period. Eligible game days are every Saturday and Sunday beginning Saturday, August 29, 2026, and ending Saturday, November 21, 2026.

The eligible game days are:

  • August 29–30, 2026
  • September 5–6, 12–13, 19–20, and 26–27, 2026
  • October 3–4, 10–11, 17–18, 24–25, and 31, 2026
  • November 1, 7–8, 14–15, and 21, 2026

Entries for the final eligible game day must be received by 12:45 p.m. CT on November 21, 2026. No entries will be accepted after that time.

  1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who:

  1. Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
  2. Personally visit Fudpucker’s Beachside Bar & Grill during an eligible game day;
  3. Submit an eligible entry in accordance with these Official Rules; and
  4. Are physically present at Fudpucker’s Beachside Bar & Grill for the drawing at 1:00 p.m. CT on November 21, 2026.

Employees, officers, directors, owners, members, managers, agents, advertising or promotional agencies, and vendors of Fudpucker’s Bar & Grill, LLC are not eligible to enter or win.

Immediate family members and household members of any ineligible person are also ineligible. “Immediate family” includes a spouse, domestic partner, parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, sibling, stepsibling, grandparent, and grandchild, regardless of where that person resides. “Household member” means any person who shares the same residence for at least three months during the calendar year.

The Sweepstakes is void outside the fifty United States and District of Columbia and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

  1. How to Enter

To enter, an eligible individual must personally visit Fudpucker’s Beachside Bar & Grill on an eligible game day and request an official Sweepstakes entry form or use another entry method designated by the Sponsor.

The entrant must legibly and accurately provide all information requested on the entry form and personally place or cause the completed entry to be placed into the official Sweepstakes entry collection.

A “game-day visit” occurs when an eligible entrant personally comes to Fudpucker’s Beachside Bar & Grill during an eligible game day and submits an entry into the official Sweepstakes entry collection.

No purchase, payment, entry fee, food or beverage order, or proof of purchase is required. Entrants may request and submit an entry without making a purchase.

Limit one entry per person per game-day visit. Each entry must be submitted during a separate, bona fide game-day visit. Entries may not be submitted on behalf of another person.

An entrant may enter on more than one eligible game day, provided each entry is associated with a separate eligible game-day visit and otherwise complies with these Official Rules.

Mechanically reproduced, copied, incomplete, illegible, altered, forged, automated, bulk-submitted, or fraudulently obtained entries are void.

Submitting multiple entries during the same game-day visit, using multiple identities, providing false information, manipulating the entry process, or otherwise attempting to evade the entry limitations may result in disqualification of all entries associated with that entrant.

The Sponsor reserves the right to require reasonable identification or other evidence necessary to verify an entrant’s identity, age, eligibility, game-day visit, or compliance with these Official Rules. The Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject or disqualify an otherwise eligible entry.

  1. Winner Drawing and Presence Requirement

One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will take place at:

Saturday, November 21, 2026
Fudpucker’s Beachside Bar & Grill

Destin, Florida 32541

Entrants must be physically present at the drawing to win.

The Sponsor will announce the name of the potential winner at the drawing location. The potential winner must identify themselves to the Sponsor within 1 minute after the initial announcement and must present valid government-issued photo identification showing that the individual is at least 18 years old.

If the selected entrant:

  • Is not physically present;
  • Does not respond within the announced response period;
  • Cannot provide acceptable identification;
  • Is determined to be ineligible;
  • Has violated these Official Rules; or
  • Refuses or fails to complete the required prize documents,

the selected entrant will be disqualified and will not receive the prize. The Sponsor will conduct another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. This process may continue until an eligible winner who is present and able to claim the prize is selected.

The entrant whose name appears on the selected entry must personally claim the prize. The prize may not be claimed by a representative or transferred to another entrant.

  1. Prize

One winner will receive a travel and event package for the SEC Football Championship Game scheduled to take place in Atlanta, Georgia, on December 5, 2026.

The prize consists of:

  • Two admission tickets to the SEC Football Championship Game scheduled for December 5, 2026; and
  • Hotel accommodations consisting of ONE HOTEL ROOM, 2 BEDS, FOR TWO NIGHTS, NOVEMBER 4th & 5th 2026 in or near Atlanta, Georgia.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $1,000.

The participating teams will not be known until they are officially determined. The identity of the participating teams is not guaranteed and does not affect the winner’s obligation to accept the prize as awarded.

Ticket locations and hotel selection will be determined by the Sponsor. The winner and guest must comply with all ticket, hotel, venue, security, conduct, health, and admission requirements. Tickets and accommodations are subject to the terms, restrictions, and policies imposed by their respective issuers and providers.

Only the items specifically identified above are included. The following are not included:

  • Transportation or airfare to or from Atlanta;
  • Local transportation;
  • Parking;
  • Meals, beverages, or gratuities;
  • Hotel incidentals;
  • Baggage charges;
  • Travel insurance;
  • Personal expenses; or
  • Any other expense not expressly identified as part of the prize.

The winner and guest are solely responsible for arranging and paying for transportation to and from Atlanta and between the hotel and the event venue.

The prize will be awarded as advertised, subject to event, ticket, venue, and hotel availability. The prize is not redeemable for cash, may not be replaced with cash or an equivalent cash value, and may not be transferred, sold, bartered, auctioned, or substituted by the winner.

The winner may not receive the difference between the stated ARV and the prize’s actual retail value.

  1. Winner and Guest Requirements

The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, tax acknowledgment, publicity release where lawful, and any other reasonably necessary prize documentation by the deadline established by the Sponsor.

Failure to timely complete the required documents may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

The winner’s guest must satisfy applicable ticket, hotel, and venue requirements and may be required to sign a liability and publicity release. If the guest is under the age of majority in the guest’s state of residence, the winner must be the guest’s parent or legal guardian and must execute all required documents on the guest’s behalf.

The winner and guest are responsible for possessing valid identification and any documents required for travel, hotel check-in, or event admission.

  1. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, assessments, and reporting obligations arising from acceptance or use of the prize.

The Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation when required by law. The winner may be required to provide a valid taxpayer identification number and complete appropriate tax forms before receiving the prize.

  1. Event Cancellation, Postponement, or Modification

The date, time, location, participating teams, ticket policies, and operation of the SEC Football Championship Game are controlled by third parties and may be canceled, postponed, delayed, relocated, rescheduled, modified, played without spectators, or otherwise affected by circumstances outside the Sponsor’s control.

If the game is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will be valid only as determined by the ticket issuer or event organizer. The winner is responsible for any additional or changed transportation, lodging, meal, parking, or other expenses resulting from a postponement, rescheduling, relocation, or delay.

If the game is canceled, the winner will be subject to the refund, credit, replacement-ticket, or cancellation policies established by the ticket issuer or event organizer. If hotel accommodations are canceled, changed, or rendered unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the winner will be subject to the hotel provider’s applicable policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for losses, costs, damages, refunds, replacement travel, substitute accommodations, or other expenses caused by the cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, relocation, modification, delay, or interruption of the game, accommodations, or related travel.

The Sponsor does not guarantee that the game will occur as scheduled, that any particular team will participate, or that the winner or guest will be admitted after violating a ticket, venue, hotel, or conduct requirement.

Nothing in this section permits the Sponsor to withhold an available prize or refuse to award the prize as advertised. The Sponsor will award the advertised tickets and accommodations subject to the availability, terms, and decisions of the independent event, ticket, and hotel providers. The Sponsor will not substitute cash or an equivalent cash payment for any portion of the prize.

  1. Release of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Fudpucker’s Bar & Grill, LLC and its affiliated companies, owners, members, managers, officers, employees, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, vendors, prize providers, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from or related to:

  • Participation in the Sweepstakes;
  • Acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize;
  • Travel to or attendance at the game or hotel;
  • Personal injury, death, or property damage;
  • Cancellation, postponement, relocation, rescheduling, modification, or interruption of the game or accommodations;
  • Lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or improperly submitted entries;
  • Printing, typographical, technical, administrative, or human errors; or
  • Unauthorized intervention in the Sweepstakes.

This release does not apply to claims or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived, including liability resulting from conduct for which a waiver is prohibited under applicable law.

Entrants understand that travel and attendance at a large public sporting event involve inherent risks and voluntarily assume those risks.

  1. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, image, likeness, voice, statements, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

  1. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently, submits false information, disrupts the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or behaves in a threatening, abusive, or unsportsmanlike manner.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another circumstance outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled drawing, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the termination, provided doing so is lawful and reasonably practicable.

The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

The Sponsor will retain winning entries and Sweepstakes records for the period required by applicable law.

  1. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received and the number of eligible entrants present at the drawing.

  1. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact or identify the winner, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and otherwise operate the promotion.

Entry into the Sweepstakes does not constitute consent to receive marketing emails or text messages unless the entrant separately and affirmatively provides such consent.

  1. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes or prize will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Okaloosa County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  1. Winner Information

After the winner has been verified, the winner’s name may be obtained by submitting a written request to:

Requests must be received within 60 days following the drawing. The Sponsor may require a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

  1. No Affiliation with the SEC or Participating Teams

This Sweepstakes is independently sponsored and administered by Fudpucker’s Bar & Grill, LLC.

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Southeastern Conference, the SEC Football Championship Game, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, any participating university or athletic team, any ticketing platform, hotel, broadcaster, or their respective affiliates.

All trademarks, team names, event names, logos, and other identifying marks belong to their respective owners. Their use in describing the prize does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of this Sweepstakes.
